The main objective of the Hotel Royal Ricc is maximum guest satisfaction. This is why we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of even the most demanding clients.

Dry cleaning

We will dry clean your clothes by the following day at the latest. You can also make use of an iron and an ironing board at our hotel.

Parking

Our guests can park their cars in the underground, secure parking garage and take advantage of the hotel porter.These services are not included in the accommodation bill and need to be paid separately.

Late weekend Check-Out

We understand that you would like to take the advantage of our rooms a little bit longer at weekends and that is why it is possible to arrange your check-out for 2 PM.

Breakfast Room Service

If you would like to treat yourself to more privacy or romanticism we can deliver your breakfast to your room.Depending on what you feel like eating at the particular time, you can choose what will be served to you for breakfast when you wake up or you can leave it up to us and we will make sure you get rich and healthy breakfast prepared only from fresh ingredients.This service is also paid extra and it is not included in the accommodation bill.

Room service

We will provide you with complete beverage room service. Our room service menu can be found in the file on the desk in your room. This is an above average, paid service.

Business services

Wi-fi is free and avaiable in all the rooms and on the whole premises of the Royal Ricc hotel. We can provide rooms for business meetings or company events. Should you need training facilities, our hotel is ready to take care of this for you. We provide conference facilities, a fax machine, a scanner, a photocopier and printer.

Reception Service

Our reception is open 24 hours a day. Any needs, pieces of advice or help of any sort we will be happy to provide for you at any time.

Other Services

We will call taxi for you, reserve train or bus tickets for concerts or theater play.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations should be made directly to the property AT LEAST 48 HOURS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this or in case of no-show, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
